My approach is to foster inter-generational teamwork that secures continuity, peace and progress towards a shared vision. I am able to support that through my keen ability to uncover and articulate what’s important.
By co-creating a shared vision, this creates a north star that aligns family members, management and trusted advisors; it guides strategy, roles and responsibilities. And most importantly, it ensures continuity and secures the legacy.
